Has the patient had a gout flare in the last 6 months?
Has the patient had a uric acid greater than 6.0 mg/dL in the past 6 months? If you want to enter values and dates for uric acids, you can do so below and we will make this determination for you.
Is the patient already on prophylaxis (PPx) for gout?
Is the patient on urate lowering therapy (ULT)?
Is the patient either just starting ULT (urate-lowering therapy) or has started ULT in the last 3 months?
